The photos appeared to show smoke billowing FROM THE HOPPER CARS, NOT from the 1 tanker of acid, attached to the flatbed with 2 M1 tanks. Since when is liquid sulfuric acid transported in open-top hopper cars? Very strange...

The little girl talking head for local TV news was giggling and not wearing a gas mask. None of the reporters nor police were wearing gas masks nor chem suits. None of the TV news showed video of the actual crash scene nor cleanup. Knox County sheriff Tim Hutchison had an especially big smirk while holding a press conference on the forced evacuation of 30,000 residents.

Sheriff Tim Hutchison led the "rescue" and martial law evacuation. Teflon Tim had 6 criminal convictions for perjury while sheriff, along with a list of other confessed felonies reported in the daily news, such as renting an airport from a convicted drug dealer, building 400 houses with his convicted felon partner who lacked a license, stealing cars from West Town Mall with convicted copkiller towtrucker Roy Lee Clark (according to current Knox sheriff JJ Jones), and a reported alleged arson at a bar where he was a bouncer. Knox deputies reportedly complained that Hutch NEVER showed up for work at his sheriff's office. Other deputies complained they were required to pay a $15,000 bribe for promotion to SGT and a $25,000 bribe for promotion to LT. In 2010, while Hutch is running for Knox County mayor, he was sued for $4-million, after $17-million disappeared from his car dealership in Oak Ridge.
QUESTION: Was this a PsyOps wargame from the Pentagon and White House to train the local public and local public servants? Pentagon has 1,400 psysoldiers who they admit that some do work CNN NEWS, and Victor Ashe and Governor Don Sundquist has shut down "alternative" news radio on WUTK FM, and Ashe already purchased the head anchor at WATE TV with a half-million bribe as his personal "deputy mayor", so this scenario may be extrapolated. Plus the $20-million bribe Ashe donated to Scripps-Howard empire's daily Knoxville-News Monopoly (Scripps and Ashe wanted $1-billion from the taxslaves of Knox County for "Universe Knoxville"). These organized efforts can buy a LOT of "news".
Thousands evacuated after sulfuric acid spill

September 16, 2002KNOXVILLE, Tennessee (CNN) -- A hazardous materials team worked through the night to clean up thousands of gallons of sulfuric acid that spilled from an overturned rail car in this eastern Tennessee city, emergency officials said.
Authorities evacuated 8,000 people Sunday after the acid being shipped by the U.S. military spilled, forming a heavy, billowing cloud of hazardous gas.
Most evacuees came from the Farragut and Turkey Creek communities and surrounding areas within a 5-mile radius of the accident site, 20 miles from downtown Knoxville. The Red Cross and city authorities set up shelters across the city.
The evacuees most likely would not be able to return to their homes until late in the day or longer, authorities said.
No casualties were reported from the accident or from the ensuing toxic spill, Knoxville police said.
The Norfolk Southern train was en route from Allentown, Pennsylvania, to Birmingham, Alabama, and had 141 cars and three locomotives, said Susan Terpay, a company spokeswoman. She said 24 cars and two locomotives derailed.
The cause of the accident, which happened at 11:23 a.m., was being investigated.
Only one of the derailed cars contained the chemical, known as fuming sulfuric acid, which was being shipped to Birmingham by the military, Terpay said.
Knox County Sheriff Tim Hutchison said he believes the cleanup operation will be "long-term."
The military shipment included two Army tanks on a flatbed car attached to the one containing the sulfuric acid. Hutchison said the tanks "contain no ammunition" and are secure.
Sulfuric acid fumes are an extreme irritant, and direct contact with them can cause blindness. The acid is commonly found in car battery acid, some toilet bowl cleaners, chemical munitions and some fertilizers.
The immediate effect of exposure to the fumes is irritation to the eyes, nose and throat and difficulty breathing. Prolonged exposure can cause extensive damage to the mouth, throat, and stomach, while ingestion of the acid in its liquid form may be fatal.
