MOTION FOR JENCKS MATERIAL

 

Comes now the defendant pro se, and respectfully moves that the Court order the state to provide all material requested in the attached Subpoena Duces Tecum, which is incorporated herein by reference as Motion Exhibit 1. Defendant sets as cause therefor that the defendant has filed a Motion to Suppress and as such is entitled to Jencks material. Jencks v. United States, 353 U.S. 657, 77 S.Ct. 1007, 1 L.Ed.2d 1103 (1957); 18 U.S.C.A. §3500; Fed.R.Crim.P. 26.2; Tenn.R.Crim.P. 26.2. Defendant further asserts in support thereof the Brief in Support of Jencks material attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Motion Exhibit 2.
