According to Loudon County Sheriff Tim Guider, truck drivers helped Deputy Jason Scott stop Col. John Keenan near mile marker 76 on Interstate 75. A blood-alcohol test showed the veteran military officer had a 0.38 blood-alcohol level, well above the legal limit of 0.08 and enough to cause someone to go into a comatose state, the sheriff said. Keenan is being treated at an undisclosed medical facility. Col. Tim Deering is currently acting commander of the 134th Air Refueling Wing at McGhee Tyson Airbase. Guider said this is apparently Keenan's first offense and that when he's released from medical care, he'll be taken into custody. The Loudon County warrant states that Scott was dispatched on a call of a reckless driver headed southbound on I-75. The vehicle was not speeding. Deputies couldn't determine if he was under the influence of alcohol because he didn't smell like he had been drinking, but was very disoriented, Guider said. Not even his wife recognized "Saddam" when visiting him in a Top Secret US CIA prison

The following is a censored phone call I attempted to make to Pentagon's C-SPAN's "Washington Journal" (sent by email - not read on-air). It's the only national TV call-in show, and is obviously a power tool for propagandizing the gullible public (if you can stand to lower your thinking standards compared to GCN Radio Network and other All-American National news sources).

I speed-dailed nonstop from 8am – 2pm, but only got a busy signal. The odds of my 100s of calls not getting answered indicates C-SPAN not only screens its calls, but uses a special phone number for preapproved calls - at least on the Big Day of Saddam Hussein's capture (or his stunt double's).

This alleged arrest of the person alleged to be the deposed president of Iraq was a convenient mass distraction from that week's most-massive news:

• Bush Sr. signing the NeoNAZI U.S.A.P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act #2 to overthrow the US Constitution and the constitutions of the 50 States.
• The Congressional investigation of Fraud, Waste & Abuse in $75-billion No-Bid Pentagon contracts perped by Dick "$30-Million Man" Cheney's Haliburton in Iraq.
• An average of 13 American soldiers dying every day in Bush Wars on Terror.

Remember that "Red Dawn" was the name of a Hollywood movie about the Commie Russian takeover of USA (Year of Release "1984")... and Jews run Hollywood, invented Communism and Jewish General Tommy Franks invaded Iraq (winning Israel a free oil pipeline courtesy of Iraq and US taxpayers). Is Operation RED DAWN a joke about the power of Jews to invade Iraq, and/or invade USA (which is already a Done Deal)?

I support this 12-year war, since I like higher taxes and higher gas prices, while our borders are wide open to invasion by 100-million criminal aliens. I think it's good for America to "liberate" 1-Million Iraqis by killing them and giving their oil pipeline to Israel.

Now that the "real" Mr. Hussein is arrested (and soon to be tortured, Court-Martialed, sentenced and executed for "warcrimes"), we need to immediately capture 5-time convicted felon and draft deserter Mr. Bush Jr, for perping the terror massacres on 9-11-2001, as confessed in Cheney's PNAC report in 2000, predicting our invasion of Iraq and Afganistan, after a "New Pearl Harbor Event". Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure (FRCrimP)

Rule 3. The Complaint
The complaint is a written statement of the essential facts constituting the offense charged. It must be made under oath before a magistrate judge or, if none is reasonably available, before a state or local judicial officer.
Rule 4. Arrest Warrant or Summons Upon Complaint
(a) Issuance. If the complaint, or one or more affidavits filed with the complaint establish probable cause to believe that an offense has been committed and that the defendant committed it, the judge must issue an arrest warrant to an officer authorized to execute it. At the request of an attorney for the government, the judge must issue a summons, instead of a warrant, to a person authorized to serve it. A judge may issue more than one warrant or summons on the same complaint. If a defendant fails to appear in response to a summons, a judge may, and upon request of an attorney for the government must, issue a warrant.
(c) Execution or Service, and Return.
(1) By Whom. Only a marshal or other authorized officer may execute a warrant. Any person authorized to serve a summons in a federal civil action may serve a summons.
Rule 7. The Indictment and the Information
(a) When Used.
(1) Felony. An offense (other than criminal contempt) must be prosecuted by an indictment if it is punishable:
(A) by death; or (B) by imprisonment for more than one year. Rule 41. Search and Seizure
(b) Authority to Issue a Warrant. At the request of a federal law enforcement officer or an attorney for the government:

(1) Probable Cause. After receiving an affidavit or other information, a magistrate judge or a judge of a state court of record must issue the warrant if there is probable cause to search for and seize a person or property under Rule 41(c). (2) Requesting a Warrant in the Presence of a Judge.
(A) Warrant on an Affidavit. When a federal law enforcement officer or an attorney for the government presents an affidavit in support of a warrant, the judge may require the affiant to appear personally and may examine under oath the affiant and any witness the affiant produces. (B) Warrant on Sworn Testimony. The judge may wholly or partially dispense with a written affidavit and base a warrant on sworn testimony if doing so is reasonable under the circumstances.

CIGAR AFICIONADO: The date, 9/11, was coincidental. It was the only day in September when the schedule of Gen. Tommy Franks meshed with that of CIGAR AFICIONADO editor and publisher Marvin R. Shanken. But the somber anniversary served as the perfect backdrop for the first post-retirement interview granted by General Franks. He earned high accolades as a commander in the first Persian Gulf war in 1991, and worked hard throughout the 1990s to restructure and modernize the U.S. military. He was in charge of CentCom in 2001 when Osama bin Laden's [sic - "USAma" bin Laden is the correct name: CIA, Usama bin Ladin: Islamic Extremist Financier, 1996, US National Security Archives] terrorists crashed planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, and he led the planning and execution of the attacks on Afghanistan in October 2001 and Iraq in March 2003. He retired on August 1, 2003 [after getting a waiver from Pentagon's Stop Loss Program banning all retirements]. What is today's date?

General Tommy Franks: It's the second anniversary of 9/11.
CA: How does September 11th compare in American history to such tragic events as Pearl Harbor or the assassination of John F. Kennedy?
Gen. Franks: I think we could probably use a lot of different words to describe that. The greatest loss that we've ever experienced. Warfare brought to our shores. And you think about Pearl Harbor. I'm a corny guy. I actually believe in the Constitution of the Country. And I believe that we have had a couple of hundred years of this grand experiment called democracy. And 9/11 brought all of our history right in front of us. It brought in front of us things like liberty; things like freedom; the ability for you, for your family, to be able to go to a mall anywhere in this country, sit in one of the movie theaters that exist in that mall; get on a jet, fly some place around the world. Do whatever you want. The events of 9/11 impacted the way we live.
CA: Where were you when this occurred?
Gen. Franks: Kathy [Mrs. Franks] was with me. And we were headed to Pakistan for a visit with President [Pervez] Musharraf. I was about to take a nap. There was a rap on the door. And I opened the door and one of my assistants said, "Turn on the television." I turned on the TV just in time to see the second tower strike. My wife would tell you that the first words out of my mouth were "Osama bin Laden." [sic] That's the first thing that I said. I got on the telephone, called back, talked to people in my headquarters, raced off to the jet, got back here on the 12th of September, talked to [Secretary of Defense] Don Rumsfeld, and we started planning for operations in Afghanistan.
CA: When did you first speak to the president?
Gen. Franks: I think my first discussion with the president would have been on seven or eight days after 9/11. And that would be when the secretary and I took him the concept for a plan to remove the Taliban and the terrorist networks in Afghanistan. It was probably the 20th or the 21st of September. We knew that we wanted to get our special forces people linked up and working with opposition groups. In fact, the Northern Alliance was the largest of these groups, but there were opposition leaders all over the country of Afghanistan. I met some of them in clandestine meetings in Tajikistan. I met some of them inside Afghanistan. I met some of them in Pakistan. I think that whole proposition was rather shocking for the Taliban when operations did in fact begin. Comparatively, it was a very, very, short period of time: from the 11th of September until the seventh of October. I would also mention to you that I think it was 75 days-75 or 76 days-after 9/11, a new president was installed in Afghanistan. I'd say that's a pretty quick, sort of a kinetic start to an operation.

BULLSHIT DETECTOR: "President Bush was expected to sign detailed plans for a worldwide war against al-Qaida two days before Sept. 11 but did not have the chance before the terrorist attacks in New York and Washington, U.S. and foreign sources told NBC News. The document, a formal National Security Presidential Directive, amounted to a 'game plan to remove al-Qaida from the face of the Earth,' one of the sources told NBC News' Jim Miklaszewski. The plan dealt with all aspects of a war against al-Qaida, ranging from diplomatic initiatives to military operations in Afghanistan, the sources said on condition of anonymity. In many respects, the directive, as described to NBC News, outlined essentially the same war plan that the White House, the CIA and the Pentagon put into action after the Sept. 11 attacks. The administration most likely was able to respond so quickly to the attacks because it simply had to pull the plans "off the shelf," Miklaszewski said.'" Update: 4/3/03: "This story is partially corroborated by Bob Woodward's Bush at War, pp. 35-36. He confirms that National Security Presidential Directive #9, after being vetted by NSC Advisor Condoleezza Rice in the White House, was 'ready to go to the president on September 10.' This was a plan to 'eliminate' al Qaeda by going 'on the offensive' against the Taliban. On September 4 the deputy secretaries of defense and state 'approved and recommended a plan [to this effect] that would give the CIA $125 million to $200 million a year to arm the [Northern] Alliance.' Woodward is silent about MSNBC's claim that the National Security Presidential Directive (NSPD) ranged upwards to include 'military operations in Afghanistan.' Indeed, on page 32 he writes that 'the [US] military had no plan' for Afghanistan at all. But this latter claim is incredible: the Pentagon has plans 'on the shelf' for invading any country in the world, including (it has been said) Canada."

Bush entered the White House, and years before the Sept. 11 attacks set the direction of his presidency, a group of influential neo-conservatives hatched a plan to get Saddam Hussein out of power. The group, the Project for the New American Century, or PNAC, was founded in 1997. Among its supporters were three Republican former officials who were sitting out the Democratic presidency of [Jew] Bill Clinton: [Jew] Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and [Jew] Paul Wolfowitz. In open letters to Clinton and GOP congressional leaders the next year, the group called for "the removal of Saddam Hussein's regime from power" and a shift toward a more assertive U.S. policy in the Middle East, including the use of force if necessary to unseat Saddam. Some critics of the Bush administration's foreign policy, especially in Europe, have portrayed PNAC as, in the words of Scotland's Sunday Herald, 'a secret blueprint for U.S. global domination.' Of the 18 people who signed the letter, 10 are now in the Bush administration. Other signatories include William Kristol, editor of the conservative Weekly Standard magazine, and [Jew] Richard Perle ['The Prince of Darkness'], chairman of the advisory Defense Science Board."

Kennedy, Jr., broadcast in February 2002, revealed that 3 eyewitnesses reported to FAA investigators that they saw JFK's airplane explode in midair. The testimony by the JFK wedding party, a lawyer, a doctor and a reporter, disproved the official allegations that JFK had died because he did not know how to fly a plane. PAX reported that in 2000, JFK had turned down Democratic presidential candidate Al Gore's offer to run with him as vice president, and that JFK had instead decided to announce that weekend his candidacy for the US Senate in 2000 against the Republican mayor of New York City, the Mafia-born-and-bred Rudolf Giuliani (whose father spent years in Sing Sing prison for armed robbery and had an uncle gunned down by the FBI and another uncle running New York state's largest car-theft ring). On the morning of September 11, 2001, my wife - a retired US Air Force veteran and Pentagon whistleblower who turned down a bribe, er, "job offer" from SecDef Dick Cheney - called me into the living room to watch the news of the first tower of the World Trade Center, smoking in the wind. The fire was merely smouldering (already "under control"), and the calm tone of the reporters indicated the fire department would soon extinguish what's left of the "fire". Presumably, there was a built-in fire system and giant water tanks inside the WTC (near the roof), with heat-sensitive gravity-fed sprinklers automatically knocking down the flames, as required by all building codes.

Within a few minutes, the news reported that the skyscraper had been "accidentally" rammed by an airliner. Hmmm. That's very odd. But then, that already happened to the Empire State Building back in World War 2, and that wasn't that big of a deal. Besides, the WTC was built to withstand 100mph winds, and was designed to survive a mid-air collision with a fully fueled Boeing 707. Most airliners are much smaller than a 707, which is the size of Air Force refueling tankers (KC135s), like we have stationed here in Knoxville, at McGhee Tyson Airport and Tennessee Air National Guard base.

This "accidental" excuse instantly failed the plausibility test for me, as a private pilot and a USAF veteran nuclear-bomb loader on supersonic aircraft, since the weather was CAVU - "severe clear". Collisions can occur in any situation, and occasionally airliners do land at the wrong airport, but this was not even remotely possible, for any aircrew wanting to keep their hard-earned jobs.

I immediately suspected an intentional act of terrorism, before it was "officially" announced as a probability. So I perked up and watched the TV disinfobabes.

It seemed odd to me that no helicopters were aiding the rescue, nor evacuating victims from the observation deck on the roof. (I remembered reading the New York Times after the first terrorist bombing of the WTC in 1993, when the FBI confessed in federal court to paying the Egyptian military bomber $1-million to carry out the successful attack. The smart soldier had tape recorded all his hundreds of hours of plottings with the FBI, just in case....) A fleet of news choppers circled the towering inferno, making the most of prime time, contributing nothing to the recue efforts.

So we stayed glued to the boob tube, watching for clues to these homicides, playing Columbo (a Hollywood Jew paid $750,000 per week, brainwashing the public to always confess to police, and to never assert your legal rights - because you're always guilty!). We also sniffed the acrid whiff of war.

Within 30 minutes, we watched live as another airliner appeared on the TV screen, aimed at the WTC twin towers. It speared the second tower, spewing fire out the other side - instantly confirming my suspicions of a so-called "terrorist" attack. Lightning may strike twice, but not mid-air collisions.

I was stunned by the acuracy and logistics of the "terrorist" attack, using commercial airliners like laser-guided robot-controlled cruise missles. My flying experience and military training was on sensory overload, paying close attention to details, like a trained police officer staking out a crime-in-progress, searching for evidence. I marveled at the precision of the predatory massacre, like one watches the Animal Channel to see a lion stalk a herd of antelope. Murphy's law alone would preclude success in such a complex ballet of air traffic control. NASA hurling draft-dodging soldiers at the Moon seemed easy compared to these military maneuvers.

My military combat training was on "Alarm Red". At least I could relax somewhat, knowing that I was not working the wargames anymore. This advantage allowed me to calmly absorb much more data than if I were rushing to the flightline on base and going into overworked paranoid lockdown mode for several months, under the intense scrutiny of pinged-out commanding officers. Plus the added job pressure to avoid blowing myself up with a nuclear bomb, or fear of getting sucked into a screaming jet engine, or huffing diesel jet exhaust, or getting chewed out by chain of command trying to CYA. Not to mention the obvious retaliatory mass-murders that America would inevitably perp after September 11. Be all you can be: feel like a powerless slave, unable to control your own destiny, trapped like a rat in a foxhole. However, on 9-11, something was very, very wrong with this picture. I instinctively knew there were none at the Pentagon, nor in the US military, who were capable of the expertise to make such a "perfect" direct hit on two towers, located in the heart of restricted airspace, surrounded by military air-defenses on 24/7 alert.

The news reported two additional hijackings and apparent controlled-crashes of commerical airliners, at the Pentagon in DC and in Pennsylvania (apparently enroute to DC). One reportedly a mere truck bomb. The other reportedly shot down under orders of the White House, or Pentagon. This confirmed official military involvement, to plot the logistics of such an overambitious "Pearl Harbor event". Especially when it started to get sideways.

Within a couple more hours, my local police scanner broadcast a BOLO/APB from the FBI, naming Israelis as the wanted perpetrators of the terror attack. Headed at high speed for the open border with Mexico. Others were reportedly arrested in NYC for videotaping the WTC attack, then cheering as the second plane hit. Another piece fit the puzzle.
